It doesn't look like a football stadium that I recognize, I'm wondering if it's in the USA...how about a hint...America? Europe?

I thought that, and then went and looked at it on Google Earth...no luck.

My thought was that it may be in Europe. The parking lot look very small for a stadium of that size. There is also at least one round-about in the picture, and these are rare in the US.

The design's the same, it looks like the Millennium Dome up in the upper right-hand corner, and the poster is from London. I'm sticking with my answer.

Correct enough. Although the football club was incorrect. It is the current Manchester City stadium, known as the City of Manchester Stadium. Although that the time the photo was taken it was in the process of being converted from the stadium which held the 2000 Commonwealth games.
