You can't fill the Queen Mary with apples because ice cream melts.

Ask not for whom the bell tolls...

It tolls for this thread.

Is this the 4th or 5th level of thread purgatory?

BTW, the whole 'punching' joke reminded me of something.

On the commentary track of Austin Powers-International Man of Mystery, Mike Myers mentions "comedy torture." Remember that scene were Austin is reawakened after 30 years, and goes to take a leak? He is standing there for quite some time, it goes on and on and on. Myers mentions how things can be funny, then stop being funny, and then if you push it enough, it's funny again. I guess that's what the whole punching thing reminds me of. Plus, I am amused by the creative ways some people are now working it in.

It's like how this Fun House area made people mad at first, then they stopped throwing threads in it to make them die, then they did it again so we could be mad again.

Heh. I think this pretty much proves the initial instinct that the "Fun House" wasn't really intended for "games" after all... but rather for "threads that annoy the tightwads amongst us."

Oh what a tangled web we weave.

Not as funny as a bunch of prunes mixed with four kinds of fat.

It will come back. It always comes back. Again, and again, and again, and again, or again...

With the optional whipped cream topping, that makes four or five kinds of fat.
