I'm only a few minutes into it, but Steve Holt hasn't yelled STEVE HOLT! yet. I'm disappointed.

"If I didn't have a live dove down my pants right now, I would leap across this table ..."

Later ...

"If you feel something moving down there, it's the dove"

(Michael notices a dove in the kitchen)

OMG "Bob Loblaw's law blog" and "As Tobias tried to get his mouth around Bob Loblaw"... and we haven't even discussed Lucille's lines... and "work"... HILARIOUS episode.

Man, oh man, I'm gonna miss this show.

When the armless guy was re-introduced I just lost it... and continued to lose it the whole ep.

Twenty minutes later and I'm STILL cracking up over 'law blog'.... genius, just genius!

It was pretty funny, but he still never yelled STEVE HOLT!

"I have a new Christian girlfriend and I'm trying to get her to give up God and **** me."

You just freeze the banana and dip it in the = DIP IT IN THE WHAT? DIP IT IN THE WHAT?
- Never Mind we'll figure it out!

Don't you dare lock it, I'LL KICK THAT DOOR IN!

Now see they're just taunting us with these double episodes, pretending like they care about the show and there is some hope.

Has anybody ever eaten a frozen banana? Did they make that up?

The Bob Loblaw Law Blog may be the funniest thing I have heard this season.

Tobias: "So, you want me to get explicit?"

Nope.. it's real. Actually, a friend of mine started a company that manufactured & distributed them, which eventually was sold to Chiquita Banana.

And they actually sell them here on the beach in Balboa, just not in a kiosk.

I was at Balboa Island last week and bought an "Original" frozen banana from Sugar 'n' Spice, rather than the "Original" frozen banana from Dad's (about two doors down). I chose Sugar 'n' Spice because their sign has the same happy banana logo as the Bluth's stand.

Unfortunately, there is no "big yellow joint".

I also loved how they introduced Maeby when they were screening the movie as "the third youngest studio executive in Hollywood"

Was there a joke where someone mentioned that they were in the O.C. twice, and each time, either Michael or Gob yelled "Don't call it that"? I know it's a stab at Fox's other show.

I liked how the original monster was as scary looking as ALF, then ended up eating a cat.

I bet only 1% of the population got that joke (the Dennis Miller ratio )

I loved when the hookers were out

Gob - "The girls did not touch the bananas"
and
Gob - "To make your banana stand upright" or something like that. I think I butchered that one.

GOB kept mentioning the OC, and Michael kept telling him not to call it that...

Also, at the beginning of their meeting, Tobias told Lyndsey he had hired the best divorce lawyer in "The OC" and Bob told him not to call it that.

This wasn't the first episode where they did that. A few episodes ago, George Sr. said that something was the best in "The OC" and Michael said under his breath "don't call it that", so, apparently, that's another recurring thing.

I got caught up from the past couple of weeks last night. While the show is still really funny (Bob Loblaw's Law Blog and Tobias trying to get his mouth around Bob Loblaw was great), it faces the same difficulty that I think any show trying to tell an ongoing story that has no definable end faces--I just start to feel like it's not going anywhere. One of the reasons you stick with shows where each episode plays off the previous one is the ultimate payoff. AD doesn't have any promise of an ultimate payoff.

Yeah, look at how well the end of Seinfeld ended up

I guess I just enjoy the journey. To me , not everything has to have the big reveal or huge mystery that seems to be the flavor of the times a la shows like Lost.

The eternal struggle of Michael vs his family is the story to me and if resolved, the show would have no point and wouldn't be funny. I hope everything isn't "wrapped up" at the end.

I guess I am the only one that cracked up when the "penny launcher" went off and hit the guy in the glasses. The same guy that got fired at the last Christmas party.

Then it went off again. I was dying!

Is it good or bad when someone remembers that much about a hokey 80s sitcom ?
