In Francis Ford Coppola's movie The Conversation, a private investigator records a woman saying, "He'd kill us if he had the chance." Later, Coppola changes the recording slightly so that it says, "He'd kill us if he had the chance." The second time, the word 'us' was stressed, whereas before it was not. At this point the PI realizes a murder is being planned, only too late.
Ok, what I heard on the ABC site was "No, we're the survivors of Oceanic Flight 815". And the tone of voice leads me to believe it is Ethan's group Boone was speaking to.
Also, I am pretty sure that Boone's shirt reads "48" upside down in Chinese. Just heard that on another site and tend to believe it is true.
Either way, Lost is doing a good job of keeping us all guessing and debating. So I guess they are earning their money. And our viewership, because who wants to give up on it without finding out the truth??
