PPV - Cost Information

I find it irritating that PPP movies information is available before the premier showing. However, there always seems to be no Cost Information Available which prevents you from adding it to your TO-DO list. All movies premier at $3.99 (USUALLY), why isn't this bit of info available until the day before or the day of the actual premier?

There are 4 movies available in the guide, which haven't premiered yet, but no $$$ info, so I can't finish the process of ordering them. This has always been a problem, for me anyway!

I usually order my PPV movies over the website, so it will send the programming to both of my DTivos. Perhaps ordering them this way will avert the problem you are encountering.

I think there is a limit to the amount of time in advace that you can schedule a recording of a ppv when using your remote. I know with the d*+Dvr you can set up a recording for a ppv in advance and it will record without paying for it, you actually pay for it when you watch it and if you don't watch it it will just time out and go away.

Two of the movies you can't order online yet. I suspect the other 2 will now how cost information available thru Tivo.

My issue is, once I know something is available, I order/schedule it. Else, there is a possibility that I will forgot about and it will never get recorded. Every once in a while I go to directv.com and look for PPV movies to watch.

When ordered online, is that all I do, it will magically show up on my TIVO with no interaction by me on the TIVO itself? This of course, brings up another issue. Here at work, directv.com times out all the time make it mostly useless. Works fine from home, but then, I just use the TIVO anyway. Would be nice to schedule stuff from anywhere to record.

You can order the movie online, but you still have to schedule the recording on your tivo or through a third party device (i.e. slingbox).
