Dolby Digital gone

I've been using my H10-250 for several months now. I have set it up for Dolby Digital into my Denon receiver, and that has worked well in the past.

I came back from Christmas vacation and was greeted with no sound on the HD channels, either from live TV or from the shows recorded in HD. When I changed the audio setting back to normal stereo on the Tivo, then I could hear the stereo sound. So, it appears that Dolby Digital output from the Tivo has stopped working. I've checked other sources (DVD player, etc...) and the Denon still handles DD decoding just fine.

I did a reset (not yet a clear and delete everything) but that didn't help. Anyone else experience anything similar? It sounds like a hardware problem.

Thanks,
Ozy

Did you try swapping the cables from another device?

Well, I was about to call you a genius cause that worked, but then it turned out that it was because I was going into a different input in the receiver, or the settings for that channel were different. I had tried going into a different optical input without any success, but apparantly there was some settings that were off.

In any case, swapping cables and inputs back and forth and changing settings have resolved the issue, and without your suggestion I don't think I would have tried enough combinations, so thanks!
