That's a heck of a spec for such a cheap TV.
Hopefully the prices of more main stream brands will drop before my 32" Sony CRT goes pop.

Has anyone seen one working? LCD TV's seem to vary considerably in quality, and I've always assumed that you get what you pay for. Even at this price, £750 is a lot to pay unless you know that you can accept the picture quality.

Well I've got the 27" Tevion LCD that Aldi were selling earlier this year and am happy with the PQ, especially at the price of £600. As this LCD is only for use in the bedroom I didn't want to spend too much, and the Tevion was ideal. I couldn't find anything else of this size with all the inputs without spending a lot more money.

If you want one of these 32" Tevions then I would suggest you get to Aldi as soon as they open, as the 27" LCD's were all sold out within an hour or so of the stores opening.

Good try, Stuart. I'm still trying to get through all my back issues of T3, win the lottery to buy something, and learn Kanji, Hiragana and Katakana to use it. I can blame you for that one.

Plenty of photos, reviews and actual video footage of the Tevion 32" TV, though I can't post urls until I've made five posts. So id someone can mail me, I'll pass in the website.

I picked one up today and at £750 the picture quality is very, very good. It also has some fantastic features, e.g. white balance setting and good PiP.

Only down side and a small one at that is that it's not 50mm X 50mm, 75mm X 75mm nor 100mm X 100mm VESA compliant, though there are other brackets available. Medion actually sell one for this TV at £29.99
