move B disk to new DVR40 but no more time?

Hello,

I had a hard drive failure (the A disk) in my RCA DRV40 that I had added a 120G 'B' drive to a year prior. I have the maint. plan with DirecTV so they sent me a new unit with new 'A' disk. After moving the 'B' drive over to the new replacment unit, it still only shows me 35 hours of recording time available.

I believe I have the drive jumpers and the IDE cable in correctly. Is there something that would need to be done to a 'B' drive after moving it from one unit to the new one?

Thanks in advance for your help!
Mike

You need to marry the B drive to the A, either with mfsadd, or BlessTiVo.
