DirecTV deal I got today

I live in the Chicago area and just bought an HDTV so I had to convert my DirecTV to HD. I went with the H20 receiver and the 5 LNB dish so I did not need an off air antenna for local channels. DirecTV gave me this,

H20 Hd receiver $199 with a $200 mail in rebate

5 LNB dish free

$49.99 installation

$14.95 delivery

and three months of free HDTV

Is this the standard offer?
