Best Deal on TIVO.. help

I have been looking into getting a Tivo for a while now... I have decided that I would like to get a TiVo DVR TCD540X with 290 Hours of Recording Capacity- Basically a 250GB HD.. I want all the bells and whistles... I have found one for 299 after the 150 mail in rebate...I need some help though.. I want to get the BEST DEAL ... I was wondering if anyone knew of a cheaper place or a better deal... it doesnt have to be the same size but I would like it to be at lease a 200GB HD... I would like it to have networking (ethernet) so I can hook it up to my router and be able to program it from the web..

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Best Buy has a 10% off coupon this weekend (available at hotdealsclub.com if the link below doesn't work)

http://images.bestbuy.com/BestBuy_U...oupon_nonrz.pdf

$200 for 40 hour Tivo
- $20 coupon
= $180
- $150 activiation rebate (requires 1 yr commit i think)
= $30

Go to weaknees.com
Buy a 250gb drive (gets you 270 hours per them) that already is formatted for your Tivo
Cost = $200

Total = $230 + tax; this requires you to open up your Tivo to replace existing drive with new harddrive. Very easy to do; 15 minutes.

You will have access to the web programming, but sounds better than it is. You will likely only use it when you forget something, not use it as your standard programming method. You can also hook it up to a router via wireless, however, you will need a phone line for the initial setup.
