South Carolina - February 18, 2006?

I will be attending a seminar in Columbia on February 18. (I am going to be getting my abstractor's license, for those that are curious.) The seminar will last until 4 or so, and then I am free for the rest of the day. Any SC peeps want to meet in Columbia? Any great restaurants in the area to check out for dinner? I know that there is quite a ways to go until February, but I thought I would throw this out there!

Wow, long time out...

Can't say that I'll be able to make it, but I'll try. I know Frylock and Gunny man are in Greenvill e and me and the kid are down here. We'll have to find a good restaurant. I know there are a bunch off the interstate there.

My sister in law lives in Columbia and we go down there about once a month. I would be willing to make that trip for this...

California Dreamin is usually a pretty good choice

I will most likely be able to make it.

I still say Sticky Fingers would be great, but probably not a "TCF meet" kinda place

Tell the truth, folks - how many of you had to do a search to see what an "abstractor's license" is for?

Congrats, firerose! I probably won't be able to make it to the meet, but I bet you guys will have a great time. We'll need pics, of course

He he...sorry Brad. Yep, I am thinking about striking up a business of my own, and I figure becoming an abstractor is a good way to put my history minor to use. I actually look forward to foraging around old deed books in a courthouse all day.

Anyway, it looks like this is shaping up to be a lot of fun!
