Yahoo Weather - More Views Please

It would be nice to be able to see more views / additional data.

The following features are currently available at weather.yahoo.com so I wouldn't think it would be too hard to add them.

1)Detailed text forecast
2)Radar Maps
3)Severe weather alerts

The current view (not at home now but i think it's just a 5 day high level summary) is not all that useful.

Sorry, but I agree with Luke1011. What TiVo has given us is a good start but the additional data would be very welcomed.

What we are looking for here (and I'm sure the guys at TiVo will agree) is a way to replace our need to go running to our PC based browsers for information such as this.

It is always much easier for me, when watching something on the TiVo, to go to the weather online service via the TiVo to answer the question of "what is it going to be like outside" rather than go to the PC, open a browser and then point to either Yahoo or the Weather Channel online.

Thanks!

Yeah, I have to say the Galleon Weather module has some features the Yahoo weather could benefit from - like the satellite imagery.

Yahoo wrote the Yahoo apps. But we'll pass your comments along!

That's cool. Very understandable.

Thank you, Pony, for the update!

I concur. I use Yahoo heavily for news, weather, etc, and would like to use this asap.

These are the features I'd most like to see added, as well.
