I was watching the JS2 repeat last night when Amanda described Bryce as crazy and emphasized it with the classic gesture of pointing to her temple and twirling her finger around. It reminded me of a paper I read years ago on lobotomies, which described drilling holes into the side of the head, inserting a heavy metal wire or ice pick, and spinning it around to literally mix up the brain cells.

Interesting that the physical description of the mental malady and the historical treatment both involve vigorous circular rotating motions.

Four and a half hours 'till the finale (San Francisco time)! (Why do the Canadians always get to see the show before us?)

Here's an online version of the article that appeared in todays "The Oregonian" newspaper (the state-wide newspaper for Oregon):

http://www.oregonlive.com/living/or...39352223200.xml

Nothing new that we don't already know by watching or reading this board, but fun none the less.

It's not really because I am Canadian but because I'm in the Eastern Time Zone

There's a really big storm outside right now and I get the feeling that with 33 minutes to go before the finale I'm gonna loose electricity. (I'm crossing my fingers and saying all kinds of prayers to make sure it doesn't happen)

Just take it from me and watch out for that pesky lightning.

During the regular season, British Columbia got to watch new episodes of JS2 at 8 p.m. PDT while the rest of us down here had to wait until 11:05 p.m. PDT.

It seemed so unfair: lower crime, higher standard of living, plus early Joe Schmo.

Well Spike Tv is back (for now) I'll stop bugging you with this and wait to (hopefully) watch the finale.

Have a great finale everybody!!

I would probably guess that the first hour is the last regular episode. The top of the second hour would be a recap of the previous episodes, then we pick up where we left off. Just a guess... probably wrong.

I still can't believe that we got 7 pages before the finale aired ... Try to imagine for how many pages this thread will go on!

Have a great time everyone! I'm heading home (and going to be very careful crossing the street) and ordering Dominos pizza tonight.

Signing off from San Francisco. See you all in a few hours.

I'm here. My head is swiveling back and forth from the TV to the computer. I'm going to have a serious crick in my neck by 11 o'clock.

This is so delightful!

I definitely think Tim and Amanda would make a cute couple.

I can totally see them as a couple and I'm pretty sure Amanda is interested in Tim just by how she's always happy to see him and always hugs him.

I would actually be really happy for them to hear they are a couple.

Did Muggum say whether or not there would be an update on the 3 schmoes? (I hope Tim and Amanda get together!)

45 minutes into the show, i went to start watching and even though it says recording 45 minute partial, nothing there. Spike was not working, my other sattalites were working fine. I stopped recording, changed channels a few time and started recording.

Damn, no reruns of this episode.

Nah, Inundated had nothing to do with the breakup. It was my own stunning idiocy.

But I was in AZ with two Joe fans, who shall remain nameless.

Enjoy the finale!

What are you doing online, Muggum?? Why aren't you with the 3 in DC??

Also, is it confirmed that it was Inundated and YCan'tAngieRead that met up with Mugs?

Tim is right Valerie is really hot. I never really saw it in other episodes but she's looking mighty fine in this episode.
