HR10-250 Sticks at "Just a few more seconds.." Running out of Time to Activate

Hi guys

Got a HR10-250 off of Ebay. When I try to boot it, It sticks at the "Just a few more seconds..." screen. From what I have read, I am pretty sure whoever sold it put it in their computer and got the XP signature on it. (Prolly why I got it so cheap) I have tried running both lines in MTB and neither one will work. Do I need to enable Bswap for this model (Didnt have time to try before work). I tried running killhdinitrd but get a "Bus Error" when running it off of a floppy, and "Permission Denied" when running it from C drive (Possible NTFS problem?) As I just got the box, I dont have an image to restore using mfstools. I am running out of time to activate my card and need to get this going. Can someone please help.

Thanks

Buy an instantcake for it, and restore it.
