Looks like we've been merged. I was just going to suggest that.

Oh, so now the presenter goes off-stage to stand near the nominees. And the winners don't even get to go on stage!

What's next? The nominees all stay home, and the presenters do pre-recorded presentations to the winners?

If you're gonna present from out in the audience, wouldn't you want the seats filled? 2 empty ones behind Cate Blanchett.

Dang, not even the Surreal Life is new tonight. I hate when that happens. That's definitely going in my Nielsen comments section.

Yep, that's Drew.

Ooh, singing a ballad in French. That'll keep the U.S. audience riveted to its seats.

Drew Barrymore and associated makeup personnel, please remember when applying eye shadow that less is more.

The dress, though? Nice. But next year, don't wear Christmas ornaments for earrings. Less is more.

What Carson "Skittles" Kressley said.

Laura Linney, in particular, looked like a raccoon stuck out in the rain, with her eye makeup and slicked back hair.

Scarlet Johannsen looks so elegant. The tiara just works for her.

Despite the messy hair, Scarlett Johannson looks hot.

Ah, so that's a tiara making the hair messy? I couldn't tell. Maybe I should get HD.

OK, Scarlet's hair when she was presenting the awards a few days ago... it's BAD. Someone needs to tell her that the 80's are over and the poofy hair look went out with Achy Breaky Heart.

I agree with and defer all costuming comments to the gay man behind the jazz hands.

Pierce Brosnan. Mmm, Pierce Brosnan. I hope this keyboard is drool resistant. Even with a raspy voice, that man is sexy.
