I can provide crash space if your relatives can't put you up.

Count me in, then... I'll be the scared-looking one
Any of the restaurants previously mentioned, as well as any other readily T-accessible place, are fine with me.

I've been PM'ing people I know to be in the Boston-ish area, which has definitely gotten us some more visibility, but I'm sure that I've forgotten many, or am just unaware of some people that are in the Boston area. Please PM people and bug people if you think they might be interested in joining us.

Alternate directions for the car-deprived:
The Tappan St stop on the Green/C line looks like the best option - it's just about in front of the restaurant on Beacon.

Oops! Maybe list fixed.

It'd be nice to get a bit more sure on maybes in the next few days, since dinner is a week from tomorrow.

And sorry, ellinj. I'm glad your coming, but I think you can decide what to eat yourself

Don't worry about me, just don't go with DeeDee to the cheesecake factory.

Oooh! There's one of those about a 2 minute walk from where I work. Why shouldn't we bring DeeDee there?

I understand if people can't give a definite until the last minute, but I know there were some people that checked in with "I'll check with my wife" or alikes that can let us know in advance. It's one thing to show up with 1 or 2 more or less than anticipated on a reservation, than to show up with 10 more or less...

I have what you call "issues" when ordering at a restaurant. The menu at the Cheesecake Factory is just too overwhelming.

We just need to have a more accurate headcount at least a day or two beforehand.

You still check the website before heading out to the Cheesecake factory, so you can see pictures of all the food?

I'm in! (assuming the semi-complicated child care situation doesn't fall through)

So what's the buffer on the arrival time? Are we sitting down at 7, or starting to arrive at 7?

(I'm guessing it is unlikely we'll get the travellers all there within a 5-10 minute window)

Does this place have a bar to hang out at for early arrivals?
